  1. Click on the Attendance register title. You will see a table with a list of students on the left and the session names in column headings along the top.
  2. Click the pencil icon to the right of the session name to enter attendance data.
    • Select a status for each learner using the drop-down menu to the right of the learner’s name.
    • Click Set Status for All Users to set a status for all learners at the same time.
    • Choose a status and then click  Save.
  3. After you have entered your data, click Save then  Close. The % Attendance column will now reflect a value corresponding to the number of sessions attended. Add an Absent status to one of your students to see how the % Attendance value changes.
