  • For distribution of the assignment
  • For file submission
  • Up to 1 GB file size
  • Instructor review and grading
  • Peer review options (set the number
    of reviewers)

  • Videos can be added to class
    discussion post
  • All members of the class would see
    all videos

Virtual Classroom tool – https://ltc.bcit.ca/help/virtual-classroom/

  • Real-time presentations
  • Sessions can be recorded
  • Scheduling required

Size:

  • Video should be shot on a lower
    resolution to minimize file size.
  • If too large, free video compression
    software can be use to compress further

General:

  • Submitted work is archived with the
    course to meet BCIT’s legal requirements
  • Storage is not a concern – size or
    time.
